T-Nut 3/8-16
A true “T” nut and the choice of the exhibit / display industry for fast, permanent installations and long life. Use two ½” x #6 pan head screws or equivalent to lock the T-nuts in place. This prevents the nuts for coming lose after multiple uses.

1/4-20 mounting plate is ½” by 1″ the threaded barrel is 11/32″ deep
5/16-18 mounting plate is 1/2″ X 1″ The threaded barrel is 7/8″ deep
3/8-16 mounting plate is 5/8″ X 1″ The threaded barrel is 7/16″ deep

Our tee nuts are manufactured specifically for Display Innovations and not available elsewhere. The advantage of our tee nut over so many other styles is the ability to mechanically fasten the tee nuts in place. With typical tee nuts that are pressed into place it is possible to push the tee nut out of place when inserting the bolt during assembly. By mechanically fastening the nuts into place the possibility of them coming loose is prevented. Invaluable when installed inside sealed panels and other structures.
