At Display Innovations, we specialize in marketing unique fasteners to trade show builders, museum exhibit builders, and set builders. Since 1983, we have been one of the industry leaders in this area. We fully understand the hardware needs of display and set builders, and work hard to service those needs. One example is our "best in the industry" PANEL LOCK, which replaces nuts and bolts to hold together any kind of exhibit panel. This lock installs and operates very easily, saving time during installation and dismantles, and eliminates the problem of lost assembly hardware during crucial set up time before a show.

In addition to our panel lock we carry many other DISPLAY INDUSTRY SPECIFIC hardware items that can be difficult to find. Electrical cords are another one of our specialties, we carry many types of cords, including heavy duty flat cords. Cord-Lox Straps

Velcro hook and loop cord management and label straps. The Rivet Series is designed to stay on the cord permanently, so installers are more likely to return your cords coiled up and ready for the next show. These straps are attached to the cord by a snap rivet and no tools are required. The strap can then wrap around a coiled cord and secure the cord using the hook and loops sides. These straps can be written on easily using a permanent felt maker so you can label your cords with your company name. Proper labeling increasing the chances of your cords being returned to their correct owner. For larger orders custom printing is available for an additional charge.

Electrical

We carry a variety of electrical cords, extension cords and more used in the fabrication and servicing of exhibits. Our flat cords are very popular for use under carpet and we maintain a large selection in inventory. We also can special order non stock cords with about two week's lead-time. Our six outlet multi-outlet strip is a great deal and very popular. The strip has four standard outlets and two spaced to allow for power adapters.

Hole Plugs

We offer several different types of hole plugs in different materials and sizes. Our plugs can be painted as needed except the nylon plugs. Most commonly used to cover the camhole in double sided panels but these plugs can be used for a variety of applications.

Panel Locks

Our "Best in the Industry" panel lock simplifies exhibit assembly for reduced set up costs. Top quality all steel construction that's made to stand up to repeated usage and can be used in all types of joints. There are no known failures of these locks while in use. Typically used for backwall panels, headers, staging sections, platforms, and specifically designed for the display industry for strong quick connections. The panel lock hook (male) is used in conjunction with the panel lock strike (female). A panel lock wrench is used to rotate the cam to engage the lock. NOTE: Our standard panel locks are designed to be used in panels where two 3/4" thick stiles are being locked together for a total thickness of 1-1/2". Should you be using a material that is a different thickness than the 1-1/2" total mentioned above, we have other strikes available that will allow for a total stile thickness of 1-7/16" to 2-1/16".
